Sierra One Work cultivates a rich yield of jobs and candidates by partnering with premier data brokerage firms, then presents the information through their sleek, intuitive portals. To help organizations augment their business units and solve complex sourcing challenges, while helping candidates with direct placement, they retained our strategy, consulting, branding, digital marketing capabilties.
Phase 1
We started with a research phase that included prevailing trends in the human resources field by market leaders, as well as direct polls with small businesses and employees through calibrated surveys and polls.
What emerged was a next-generation digital workshop with a remote-first, result-oriented, timeframe-based strategy; this allowed our client's customers to simply post a task with a given timeframe into a curated of workforce of vetted operators, and then receive a result on-time and on-budget.
Phase 2
We expanded on that workforce by adding a remote jobs marketplace for operators with a built-in vetting process, allowing businesses to extend their business units by reserving qualified mission-specific resources, while broadening remote opportunities for workers.
This involved creating a unified portal where operators can receive/complete tasks and get paid in an intuitive and consistent environment with clear transparency on expectations and deliverables, while exposing that digital workshop to organizations through a simplified panel where they can access outcomes just-in-time.
Phase 3
We delivered a scalable and dynamic marketplace that allows Sierra one to provide a business concierge service model to their clients; the end result is a platform where any organization submits a request to a manager with industry expertise and decision-making authority to take full responsibility and deploy cross-disciplinary resources, ensuring that everything is completed efficiently behind the scenes.
