To discover an untapped market, Syrex engaged our strategy, consulting, branding capabilities to commission a proprietary dealflow pipeline that energizes a mission-oriented platform and empowers them to initiate/orchestrate/monitor business deals on a global theater of operations.

Phase 1

Tasked with engaging targets on a planetary scale, our traditionally artisanal solution architecture took a more militaristic stance--with a purely data-driven, results-oriented approach; from NAICs industry codes in America all the way to ANZSIC in Australia & New Zealand, we created an ecosystem of modular software stacks to accurately record every operating business in any English-speaking country on the planet.

This allowed us to design a dashboard where our client can visualize entire market sectors and gain unparalleled insight into the growth/movements/trends of entire industries--with optional granularity down to the individual trend-setting businesses and their stakeholders, all to facilitate our client's core capability: dealflow orchestration.

Phase 2

We expanded on our client's core capability with an array of ancillary monitoring tools and dashboards to give our client signals of their campaigns' global movements and behaviors over time: reactivity at sector/industry level and even grassroots reactivity of the customer profiles observed businesses target.

This involved adding custom integrations to monitor outreach campaigns, then compiling the tracked analytics into actionable reports our client can use to quickly set operational tempo and adjust tactics to align with the General Partner's quarterly directives.

Phase 3

The end result is a fractally-scaled dealflow orchestration firm with the mechanics and global insights of Private Equity, coordinating a proprietary pipeline to initiate deals between innovative businesses and entrepreneurs that continue to fly under the radar of institutional and accredited investors alike.
