Giosvault - Premium TCG Webinars

Giosvault deep dives into booster packs, boxes, and graded cards--breaking them down, reviewing them and showcasing their awesomeness. To help them get to market on time and on budget, we delivered an engaging platform with bespoke e-commerce and custom integrations.
Phase 1
We started by taking over a design the client created with ChatGPT, and like all Large Language Models, there were oversights and edge-cases that only real-world scenarios and decades of professional software engineering expertise can anticipate.
After rescuing the project from ChatGPT's attempt through our strategy, consulting, branding capabilities, our client's takeaway was that AI is a lot like Google Maps--another AI-powered tool--in its ability to run the numbers and make everyone feel like local; it works until it sends you down a subway that, while the numbers say it's still in service, the lived reality of being in that neighborhood, at that hour, means no local in their right mind ever goes there, and the conductors avoid stopping there at all costs.
Phase 2
Our finalized design respects the spirit of our client's attempt in its character and upscale motif, while the technical machinery underneath works in harmony with both customers and the bespoke integrations that power it.
We brought the renovated design to life by creating a suite of back-end software that manages users, webinars, and payment processing independently, and then connected them to intuitive touch-points such as buttons, drop-downs and sliders. This involved creating each capability as a reusable module that can expose its internal functionality to other programs, ensuring both scalability and durability against multiple failure states, while reducing maintenance and upgrade costs.
Phase 3
The end result is a bespoke platform that went from concept to its first sale under three weeks, without sacrificing the upscale marketplace vision of our client, while powered by a durable and scalable technical architecture.
