Diced Kitchen provides flavorful, fast, and convenient Chef prepared meals that are healthy without the hassle. Their menu changes weekly, giving you no chance to get bored with your selection.

To successfully navigate a recovering post-COVID economy while remaining agile for a demanding client-base, Diced Kitchen retained our strategy, consulting, branding, digital marketing capabilities and graduated from a cookie-cutter Wordpress template to a custom-tailored, fully integrated platform tailored around the Chef's unique business model.

Phase 1

We started with creating a database of their existing menu, including all variants along with their pricing and images. In parallel, we also created a database for their loyal client base. We then collaborated with the Chef and his leadership team to design a system that can accomodate a revolving weekly menu according to demand/marketing/inventory.

The deliverable is a fluid and dynamic storefront that broadens choice/variety for a demanding clientelle, while maximizing profitability and operational/creative flexibility for the Chef and leadership team. Our solution not only helped our client retain mindshare and relevance to a loyal clientbase, but also exited the pandemic on solid footing.

Phase 2

Following-up on that success, we boosted sales 300% by engineering a digital marketing system around the Chef's creative business model to approach individual high-value customers with coupons to repeat their last order--according to the current week's menu--delivered at the precise hour/minute our proprietary analytics predict they're most likely to order.

To attract new customers, we also provided digital marketing services through relevant and engaging content, along with a promotional pipeline to target their most likely moment to buy with a timely coupon.

Phase 3

The end result is a highly fluid and dynamic meal prep delivery company that adapts to customer demands while balancing the realities of profitability/inventory/logistics to internally shape-shift according to market demand--while externally--it remains as trusted and timeless an institution as In-N-Out Burger to their loyal customers.

Next Step

To scale from a mom-and-pop operation to a regional chain, we're exploring creating a network of locally focused franchises that tactically adapt to local conditions individually, but all coordinate operations/strategy with the central headquarters.
